Brand

Starting at $1,750 for one brand objective, such as messaging or an identity refinement. Core Visual Identity starts at $2,500 and includes agreed logo treatments, type, colors, usable files, and guidance. Your proposal lists the deliverables and review rounds.

Brand photography

Half-day starting at $1,750. Full-day starting at $2,750. Includes planning, shot direction, photography, image selection, finishing, and delivery. For a business that needs photographs of its people, places, and work.

New Campaign: Website

Starting at $3,500 for three pages. Includes planning, page structure, creative direction, responsive design and build, basic technical SEO, analytics, and launch. Two review rounds: one on the design and one on the built site.

The website starting scope uses your existing brand, approved copy, and usable images. Copy, photography, brand development, CMS, extra pages, integrations, and custom features are scoped separately. Hosting, domains, and paid services are separate costs.

Website maintenance

Starting at $200/month for agreed upkeep of an existing website. New pages, redesigns, content production, and integrations are separate projects.

Brand Audit

Starting at $750. A standalone review of what exists, what works, and what needs attention, with recommendations you can use. Any credit toward a later New Campaign or Venture Prime project is agreed individually in writing. An audit is optional when the scope is already clear.

Copy Strategy

Priced by scope

Define what the business needs to say: positioning, audience, offers, voice, proof, and page goals. The result is a messaging map for design and writing.

Copywriting

Priced by scope

Turn an agreed message into website pages, headlines, campaigns, sales materials, or emails. The proposal lists the pieces and review rounds. Copy Strategy comes first when the message needs work.

WAYS TO WORK TOGETHER

Choose a focused project, a larger coordinated project, or ongoing support. Events have their own coverage options below.

HOW YOU CAN USE THE PHOTOS

Standard use includes your website, organic social media, Google Business Profile, email, proposals, presentations, and company-owned marketing.

Paid ads, packaging, large print or national campaigns, third-party use, resale, and syndication may need additional licensing. Your proposal states the approved uses.

WHAT CAN CHANGE THE PRICE?

More locations, time, deliverables, or production support can increase the price. Outside costs may include talent, styling, props, crew, equipment, printing, permits, and rentals. They are listed separately from creative fees, along with any coordination fee.

Brand and website projects can be handled remotely. Photography, events, and campaign production are available throughout the U.S. For work outside South Florida, travel time, transport, and lodging are part of the project estimate.

PAYMENT STRUCTURE

A 50% retainer reserves your production date and starts planning. The balance is due before final delivery.

Larger projects may use milestone payments.

SCOPE CHANGES

If the work grows, I’ll put the added cost and timing in a written change order for your approval before proceeding.

RESCHEDULING

When possible, dates can move with reasonable notice and a confirmed new production window. Weather and venue changes are handled together.

CANCELLATIONS

The retainer reserves planning and production time. Your agreement sets the cancellation terms.

COMMON QUESTIONS

How many photographs will I receive?

The proposal sets out the deliverables. I select and finish the photographs that cover the assignment, rather than deliver every frame from the shoot.

Do you provide video?

Short motion clips may be added to certain assignments when planned in advance. Full video production is scoped separately.
