Brand

Brand is utility + emotion

You may already have a name and identity people recognize. I look at how you use them and what has changed in the business. Sometimes a few careful adjustments are enough.

NEW CAMPAIGN: BRAND · STARTING AT $1,750

HOW REPUTATION TAKES SHAPE

People form an opinion before they have enough information.

Your name, logo, website, photographs, reviews, and the way you answer the phone all set an expectation. The real experience tests it: did the team arrive as expected, explain the work clearly, and deliver? What remains becomes memory. Repeated across customers, that memory becomes reputation.

ASSUMPTION → EXPERIENCE → MEMORY → REPUTATION → THE NEXT ASSUMPTION

A CONNECTED SYSTEM

THE PIECES SHOULD REINFORCE EACH OTHER.

A usable brand system gives you rules for the material you make repeatedly: language, typography, color, layout, and photography. The pieces can vary while still feeling connected to the same business.

POSITIONING

What you do, who it’s for, and what matters about the way you do it.

MESSAGING

Language that sounds like your business and explains it clearly.

VISUAL IDENTITY

Logo, typography, color, composition, and the rules that make the business recognizable.

PHOTOGRAPHY

Real evidence of your people, environment, process, work, and customer experience.

APPLICATION

Website, proposals, vehicles, uniforms, signage, social media, and the other places customers encounter you.

BRAND / CAPABILITY SCOPES

One objective. A defined brand scope.

When the next step is unclear, the standalone Brand Audit asks: What exists? What works? What needs attention? Starting at $750, it gives you recommendations you can use on their own. If the objective is already clear, I can scope the brand work directly.

New Campaign: Brand

STARTING AT $1,750

A focused brand-development engagement around one objective: repositioning the business, refining an identity, establishing messaging, or preparing for a launch. I agree which work belongs in the scope before it begins.

TYPICAL SCOPE

The starting scope covers one focused objective, agreed files or messaging deliverables, practical guidance, and one consolidated revision round. Copy Strategy, Copywriting, and broader identity development are named separately in the proposal when needed.

TYPICAL TIMELINE

Timing follows the agreed objective, deliverables, and review stages.

Core Visual Identity

STARTING AT $2,500

A visual identity scope within New Campaign: Brand. For a new business or an established business ready for a different visual direction, built from an agreed positioning and messaging foundation.

TYPICAL SCOPE

One agreed visual direction, primary and supporting logo treatments, typography, color, usable files, and practical usage guidance. The proposal defines the applications and review rounds. Brand Strategy, Copy Strategy, Copywriting, and extended guidelines are scoped separately when needed.

TYPICAL TIMELINE

3–5 weeks. Photography, website production, naming, extensive research, printing, and additional applications are scoped separately.

Copy Strategy

Priced by scope

Establish what the business needs to communicate: positioning language, audience priorities, messaging hierarchy, offer language, voice, proof points, and page objectives. The result is a messaging map that guides design, writing, and production. Available as a standalone scope or within a brand engagement.

Copywriting

Priced by scope

Turn an established messaging strategy into finished customer-facing language: website pages, headlines, calls to action, campaigns, sales materials, or emails. The proposal defines the pieces to write and review rounds. Copy Strategy is scoped first when the messaging foundation needs work.

BUILT AROUND THE BUSINESS

The brand has to work in the real world.

You may already have useful photographs, a recognizable logo, and a clear way of explaining the business in person. I look at how those pieces work together and where customers need more information. The recommendation follows that review.
