Every assignment is built around a business objective, the production required to accomplish it, and how the final photographs will be used. You will see the starting investment before we begin. Any additional production costs are identified, discussed, and approved in advance.

Usage determines where the photographs can appear and how much commercial value they are expected to carry. Most owner-operated assignments include standard use across the company’s website, organic social media, Google Business Profile, email communication, proposals, presentations, and company-owned marketing materials.
Broader uses may require expanded licensing, including paid advertising, large print campaigns, product packaging, third-party use, resale, syndication, or national campaigns. The approved usage is written into the proposal.
Some assignments call for extra crew, locations, rentals, or production support. I’ll show those costs as separate line items, so you can see exactly what the production needs.
Location rentals · Models or hired talent · Hair, makeup, or wardrobe · Props and materials · Assistants or additional crew · Specialized equipment · Travel, lodging, parking, permits, and location fees. No outside expense is added without discussion and approval.

PAYMENT STRUCTURE
A 50% retainer secures your production date and begins pre-production. The remaining balance is due before final files are delivered.
SCOPE CHANGES
Additional locations, deliverables, crew, or production time are always reviewed and approved before the work expands.
RESCHEDULING
We understand plans change. Whenever possible, dates can be moved with reasonable notice and a confirmed new production window.
CANCELLATIONS
The retainer reserves dedicated planning and production time. Cancellation terms are outlined in your agreement before we begin.
Is the starting investment the final price?
Not always. The starting investment represents the minimum scope for that assignment level. The final price depends on production time, planning, locations, participants, deliverables, licensing, and outside expenses.
Are locations and models included?
They are included only when listed in the proposal. When an assignment requires a rented location, hired talent, wardrobe, props, or additional crew, those expenses are estimated and approved before production.
How many photographs will I receive?
The expected scope is established in the proposal. The final collection is based on the assignment objectives and the number of strong, distinct photographs produced—not an arbitrary promise to deliver every frame captured.
Can the photographs be used in advertisements?
Paid advertising may require expanded licensing depending on the platform, duration, geographic reach, and campaign size. The intended use should be identified before production whenever possible.
Do you provide video?
Short motion clips may be added to certain assignments when planned in advance. Full video production is scoped separately.
Do you travel?
Yes. Travel-related time and expenses are included in the proposal when the assignment takes place outside the standard Atlanta service area.

Start with what the business needs to communicate. From there, we can shape the production, deliverables, and investment around the work itself.
You will receive a response with the next steps, discovery questions, and the information needed to begin defining the assignment.
